The profit center comment irked me too. Currently, they complain that McCormick is a net money loser, and that they need more federal and state dollars to stay afloat and attract new shows. IN LIEU OF getting that money, they should probably FIND some profit centers. A profit center is defined as a segment of a business within which revenue is generated in excess of expenses. If McCormick is hemorrhaging overall, then FIND A PROFIT CENTER SOMEWHERE. It's almost like running a business, sort of.</description>
