A Marshalling Yard, is where trucks that are deliverying exhibits to convention centers will wait in line to unload cargo.
Marshall Yard was born in Vegas on a hot sticky sunny day, standing alone on the black top watching all the trucks, to and fro. It was a naive first time trade show go’er who came back to the office and said..” I am not sure who this Marshall fellow is, but he sure is busy and there are sure a lot of people looking for him.”
The poor co-worker was befuddle at the laughter, until that point, was under the impression that Marshall Yard was in fact a real live person. So, we bring you trade show information, and trade show speak from the mouth of Marshall.
